Thank you so very much for sharing your Green Baby video with us. My 2l month old son and I were the first to sit down and watch it. We quite enjoyed it and immediately wished to share it with our friends and family. The response was overwhelming! My son recognized and attached himself to the beautiful babies in the movie. He was very outspoken about the adventures the babies pursued. Drawing his attention further were the vibrant colours and animals.

I was excited to share this little treasure with our Toddler Class. I was curious to see how the video might capture a larger audience. Green Baby captured the attention of l3 toddler children for fifteen unintemrpted minutes, a difficult task indeed. The toddlers, mixed ages of 18 months and2 and half years, found peace and wonder in the beautiful colours in the movie. Watching other babies just like them wrapped and bathed in awesome backdrops of Mother Nature seized their attention and put instant smiles on their faces. Those smiles were instant recognitions of the world outside their front door. They also showed care and empathy for the babies on film commenting on the emotions, oobaby, crying”, one girl said, and, “happy baby” another commented. The animals were a huge hit. It was fun to watch as some children broke from viewing to collect toy animals from the classroom shelf that they recognized on film and show it to their friends and teachers.

I do not generally allow excessive television viewing at home. My husband and I observe our children’s programming and monitor the content for age appropriate family values purposes. The Toddler class does not have as part of their programming plan any television viewing. With special gems like Green Baby exceptions can and will be made. Green Baby is a movie that I felt proud and happy to share with my son and all of the toddlers in our care. Thumbs way up Kelly, and congratulations to all those responsible for bringing Green Baby to our home and classroom!

Thank You,

On February 1, 2011 we watched Green Baby with our toddler students. They range between the ages of 18-months to 2-1/2-years old. The children enjoyed seeing the babies ont he screen, they enjoyed the music as well as the colourful interchanging images on screen. Most of the children enjoyed the movie so much they sat for the entire twenty-six minutes.

Green Baby Yoga!

Namaste Green Babies!

Here is an awesome meditation for children.  The “I am Happy” meditation.

Sit in easy pose.

The mantra is:

I Am Happy, I Am Good.

I Am Happy, I Am Good.

In the rhythm of the mantra, the children shake their index fingers up and down (like their parents might sometimes do when they are reproaching the child).

Yogi Bhajan gave this meditation specifically for children to use in times when their parents are fighting and going through a crisis-to give them the experience of remainging stable and unaffected.  Of course, the meditation can be done anytime!

Children, especially under the age of six, have a shorter attention span then adults.  All meditations with movement and variation work well.  They like simple celestial communication.

About Green Baby

Green Baby was created for my babies, Jesse and Joella. It is a happy, peaceful, joyful baby DVD that puts babies in beautiful real and animated environments. The DVD also bring a green message along with it, and features words of wisdom spoken by the toddlers themselves. My children loved it so much that we needed to share it with fellow babies of the world!

Moms love it cause they get a 22 minute time-out, dads love it as part of their bedtime routine, caregivers love it for their daycare facilities, grandmas love it cause there are so many babies to enjoy, and babies love it cause they have an instant playdate and it makes them HAPPY!
